Associate as stock exchange registered intermediary “ Authorised Person “ for long term self entrepreneurship business career with unlimited earning potential . The initial investments are very low and have the option to start business from the existing infrastructure. The share of revenue is amazingly up to 80% of the brokerage generated.

Opportunity for anyone having entrepreneurial spirit with basic understanding of the stock market, exploring for supplement income without any investments. Recommend your friends and relatives to open trading and demat account with us Get a whopping of 50 % brokerage commission sharing once the referred person opens trading and demat account and commences trading. Brokerage will be shared as long as the clients transacts with the company.

The Exchange Registration charges are inclusive of GST of 18%

The Business partner is registered as Authorised person with the exchanges.
The Business partner will be enabled with the trading privilege of NSE – Cash, BSE – Cash segments subject to exchange registrations without the requirement of NISM Certificate.
For Derivative segment trading privilege (NISM-Series-VIII: Equity Derivatives Certification Examination) is required..The company shall assist the business associate in getting the required certification through NISM CPE programme.
The Technology and Trading platform is offered and supported by well proven exchange software “ BEST “ (BSE Electronic Smart Trader), developed by Marketplace Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of BSE Limited.
The Business partner can run the business from the existing infrastructure.
The Business Partner is expected to have Land line Telephone, Voice Logger, Printer & Scanner.
The business partner shall be given flexibility to fix brokerage schemes within the permitted slabs for their customers. The company on case to case basis reviews the special requests of the business partners and approves the brokerage below the permitted slabs keeping in view of the local market competitions .However for all such special brokerage schemes the sharing shall be done on mutually agreed terms.
The Business Partners are provided with web based user friendly broking back office portal, through which partners can access / download all the transaction reports of the customers registered under their office as well as business performance report
The customers will have the choice of trading under products MIS – Margin Intraday Square Off, Normal – T + 5 days funding, Margin Trading Funding (Long tenure funding) & CNC - Cash and Carry Scheme.
Higher exposure for stocks that are part of index constituents, FNO stocks and BSE A group.
Market competitive DP AMC and Transaction charges for clients
Free trading terminal for branch and clients
Training to Business partner on all operational procedures & softwares to ensure smooth functioning of business.
Business Partners monthly brokerage payouts will be paid on or before 2nd of every month
The business partner brokerage sharing is subject to deduction of TDS and GST.

Note: As per exchange compliances, brokerage sharing should be paid only to the exchange registered intermediaries. The company will share brokerages only to the exchange registered segments
