Leveraged delivery product amplifies customer to take exposure in the equity markets over and above their funds to enhance the investment strategy. Customer has to pay minimum exchange margin requirements to buy stocks (VAR + ELM ) and balance amount will be funded by the company The stocks purchased will act as collateral for the loan. MTF is extended against initial margin deposited by the customer which could be either in the form of cash, or exchange approved equity shares after appropriate hair cut . This facility is as per SEBI norms

Margin Funding: Maximum 75% funding on the transaction value

Liquidation Margin: 80 %

Stock List: Exchange Approved shares.

Loan Tenure: 90 days with the option to renew at the end of the term

Maximum Loan Amount: Rs.50 lakhs

Single share limit: Rs.25 Lakhs

Interest: Market competitive interest rate

Greater potential returns due

Customer can repay in part or in full-any time,
even the next day -to reduce intrest cost

No compulsion for positional trades .i.e. client can lock their profit even intraday where possible in order to minimize borrowings and to optimise returns.
